Getting Started

Making the call to start therapy can be scary. I try to make it as easy as possible. To get started you can email me at saraannstaleyllc@gmail.com or call me at 402-403-9469, or simply fill out the form here to Book Now. We will set up an appointment and I will email you some paperwork you can print and fill out ahead of your appointment or at my office. If filling out at my office, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. I will also need to see your insurance card.

 

Appointments

The initial assessment is primarily an information gathering session. In this appointment or soon after we will talk about goals of therapy and how we will work together to help you reach those goals. It is likely that someone else has an appointment immediately following yours; please be punctual so that we can utilize the 50 minutes of your appointment time. Likewise, be respectful to those who may have an appointment after you and be prepared to do billing and scheduling within the 50 minute timeframe.

For new clients:

1) Click “Book Now” under Initial Assessment.

2) Select a date and time that works for your schedule and then click Next.

3) Enter your name, email address, phone number, and any added message you’d like. Then click “Book It.”

4) I will reach out to you via email with forms to complete and return before our first session as well as with information I’ll need for insurance.

 

For current clients:

Generally we’ll schedule your next session at the end of our session but if not, or if for some reason you need to reschedule, please complete the following:

1) Click “Book Now” under Individual Therapy.

2) Select a date and time that works for your schedule and then click Next.

3) Enter your name, email address, phone number, and let me know if you’re rescheduling/ adding an additional appointment, etc. and then click “Book It."
